Our interior decorating service offers client’s full home furnishing and/or accessorizing. We work hand in hand to select pieces that represent you and your story, room by room. Together, we will create an idea of what you’d like your home to look like. This can include upholstered/non-upholstered items, outdoor furniture, textiles, accessories, light fixtures, hardware, paint colors, flooring, art, bedding etc. Once we discuss what areas you’d like our guidance with, we will create a story board that represents multiple options you can choose from before finalizing your favorites and moving forward. API will be present for installation determined by project agreement.
Soft Staging
Congratulations on taking the next step to sell your home! Now that you have decided to put your house on the market, it is time to look at it through the eyes of your buyer. Our goal is create an atmosphere where your potential buyer feels an emotional sense of being at home- a first impression they won't forget. Don’t have the budget for a full home stage? With our soft stage approach we will include interior and exterior assistance in warming up the home to create a vision for buyers. This will include decluttering (if necessary) and decorating for a quicker sale and higher price point! We understand that creating an emotional connection to a space is essential to selling a home or making it a welcoming place to live. We do this by carefully selecting the right decor, lighting, and accessories to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The Process
Once you decide to move forward with working with us, here's what you can expect.
We will do a walkthrough of your home to determine areas included in the scope of work.
We will provide you with a proposal that will include a staging design as well as a checklist of enhancements recommended to improve your home for sale.
Upon approval of the proposal, we will work alongside you to declutter, organize and redesign your space.
